CTS Builders provided engineering and construction services for the development of a 12,000 sq ft acid whey processing facility.

This state-of-the-art facility converts high acid waste product to 99% sellable product that can be utilized by medicine and beverage producers according to the alcoholic percentage of the converted material. This project was a highly collaborative effort between CTS Builders and the client, with our team working closely with the client to accommodate the client’s own purchasing and self-performed work.
Our team performed site work, erected the building shell, finished most of the building’s interiors, and managed the erection of the facility’s roughly 37 stainless steel vessels, each 15-feet tall with a 20-foot diameter. We also helped achieve MWBE goals to secure additional funding.
Our ability to handle complex projects as well as our expertise in the food and beverage industry and with chemical facilities has been vital to our successful delivery of the best product to suit our client’s needs.
