University Sports Fields
CTS Builders was retained by Mount St. Mary’s University (MSMU) to provide design-build services for several new athletic facilities.

- Waldron Family Stadium and Field
Upgrades included a new synthetic turf field, electronic scoreboard, site fencing, 1,000 seat bleachers, press box, public restroom, ticketing and concession building, and 12,000 sq ft support building with coaches’ offices, training room, and locker rooms.
- Baseball Facility
The project consisted of major renovations and upgrades to the baseball facility including new natural turf field, irrigation and drainage, press box, bleachers, fencing, and dugout.
- Tennis Courts
Major renovations to the tennis court complex included a complete replacement of eight tennis court surfaces and base material (including 3 ft of subgrade), installation of vinyl chain link fencing and gates, and construction of ADA compliant bleacher seating on both ends of the court complex to create two championship courts.
