Stone Mountain Warehouse & Process Facility

CTS Builders performed the design and construction of a 160,000 sq ft expansion to add production capacity to the the original warehouse site.

The construction more than doubled the size of the existing building space on site. Food grade process rooms were constructed rated for beverage production and sanitation. Utilities for the site were expanded to include a new electric service with 4 new transformers, new pH neutralization treatment for the production sanitary and a new water service suitable for a beverage filling process. An office for production staff and a lab space for quality control was also included in the work.
