CTS Builders served as the Owner’s Representative for a new 158,000 sq ft Build-to-Suit Distribution Center in Auburn, WA.

This facility consolidates two existing older facilities to improve efficiency in serving this Global Beverage Distributor’s customers in the Seattle area. This facility includes 15 new dock positions, nearly 14,000 sq ft of office space and more than 144,000 sq ft of warehouse space. Over 80 semi-truck spaces are included in the truck yard layout and nearly 160 auto parking spaces comprise the employee parking lot.
