Piper Stadium Renovation
CTS Builders was contracted by Denison to perform design-build services for the turnkey design and construction of the renovation of Piper Stadium including the Deeds Field and Track facility located in the middle of the Denison campus.

The project consisted of replacing the existing natural turf football field with a new synthetic infill turf field, site fencing and brick walls surrounding the field, new 400 meter rubberized all weather NCAA track, sports lighting, 1200 sq ft track storage facility and an 800 sq ft restroom/ concession building. CTS Builders services included all site permitting, storm water management, athletic sports field and track work, common areas for spectators, landscaping, site and field lighting, utility upgrades to support the new facility, and new concrete sidewalks.
CTS Builders performed all the construction and project management as well as all the design and permitting tasks. The completed project is a first class athletic facility servicing the Division III student athletes and intramural program at Denison as well as outside group use.
