Phoenix Storage Parking Lot

CTS completed a 10-acre lot improvement in Phoenix, AZ. The site was cleared by demolishing several dilapidated structures which allowed for additional trailer parking for the client. Once the buildings were removed, the site was regraded for proper drainage as previous storm water pooled throughout the site creating a swamp-like environment. The regrading consisted of relocating the high points and adding swales to channel the storm water out of the site allowing for proper drainage and drying after heavy rains. A new electrical service was brought in for the on-site office, this also allowed power to be provided to the existing entry gate removing the need for manual operation.
