Ontario County Recycle Facility
CTS Builders provided design and construction services for a 68,000 sq ft materials recycling facility for FCR / Casella in Ontario County, NY in a turnkey fashion, resulting in a $5.9 million project that was brought in on time and within budget.

Services provided include architecture, engineering, sitework, paving, pre-cast concrete panels, mechanical, electrical, roofing and operations equipment. Construction support was provided for the recycling equipment during installation. FCR is a Charlotte, NC based subsidiary of Casella Waste Systems, Inc. which operates 24 recycling facilities from Maine to Florida. The new state-of-the-art Ontario facility is being called one of the most progressive of its type east of the Mississippi.
