Miami Warehouse with Cooler & Freezer

CTS Builders served as the Owner’s Representative for a new 155,000 sq ft Build-to-Suit Distribution Center in Medley, FL.

This facility replaces replaces the distribution portion of an existing older facility to improve efficiency in serving this Global Beverage Distributor’s customers in the Miami area. This facility includes 17 new dock positions, more than 13,000 sq ft of office space and more than 141,000 sq ft of warehouse space. Over 60 semi-truck spaces are included in the truck yard layout and 150 auto parking spaces comprise the employee parking lot.

A new walk-in cooler and freezer was installed within the warehouse space as principal construction was nearing completion.
