Indianapolis Warehouse with Cooler & Freezer

CTS Builders served as the Owner’s Representative for a new 202,000 sq ft Build-to-Suit Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN.

This facility expands the distribution operations of an existing facility within the city. This facility includes 21 new dock positions, more than 15,000 sq ft of office space and more than 187,000 sq ft of warehouse space. Nearly 120 semi-truck parking spaces are included in the truck yard layout and more than 200 auto parking spaces comprise the employee parking lot.

A new walk-in cooler and an exterior freezer was installed with the warehouse space as principal construction was nearing completion.
