HVAC System Upgrades
CTS Builders was awarded design and construction services for upgrades to the HVAC system for New Balance Athletic Shoes, Inc.’s 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Brighton, Massachusetts.

The facility was experiencing inadequate ventilation and pressurization associated with its manufacturing processes. The project included the installation of variable speed exhaust fans, new air handling units, sensors and controls. The new system monitors and controls volumetric airflows and uses the data to control pressure differentials while improving the overall HVAC and indoor air quality of the factory area, as well as the office/break spaces.
