Factory of the Future Area Fit-out
CTS Builders designed and constructed improvements associated with the area fit-out space for New Balance.

Due to a very aggressive schedule, CTS Builders quickly designed, obtained permits, and constructed the facility. CTS prepared the construction area and procured any long lead items (doors/frames, compressed air materials, etc.) Once the permit was obtained, wall construction and compressed air installation immediately commenced. CTS conducted weekly coordination meetings with both New Balance and the subcontractors. Weekly reports and scheduled “look-aheads” were issued to communicate the status of the project. Daily construction operations included site safety oversite and management, work coordination, obtaining local permits, and inspection/quality assurance. All work was completed while New Balance stayed fully operational.
