CTS Builders served as the Owner’s Representative for a new 283,000 sq ft Build-to-Suit Distribution Center in Denver, CO.

This facility replaces the distribution portion of an existing older facility that the City of Denver is acquiring. This facility includes 25 new dock positions, nearly 20,000 sq ft of office space and more than 260,000 sf of warehouse space. Over 120 semi-truck parking spaces are included in the truck yard layout and nearly 350 auto parking spaces comprise the employee parking lot.
