Banana Ripening Room
H-E-B was looking to replace its conventional single tier Banana Ripening Rooms with three tier state-of-the-art rooms in order to triple ripening capacity.

In order to achieve this, the existing building structure and related utilities were raised in height by approximately 18’ while keeping the facility in operation. Once the building work was complete the existing rooms were replaced in phases to maintain ripening capacity.
